Terms & Conditions:
1. Membership joining fee is £250 and annual membership fee is £50.
2. Annual membership fee to be payable by every April.
3. Upon death of applicant, a payment of £3000 (Subject to
change) will be compensated to the next of kin.
4. Compensation only after 3 months of membership start date.
5. In case of applicant death before 3 months of start of membership
period, the £300 paid amount is to remain with MBM.
6. Applicant’s maximum age limit at the time of application is 65yrs.
7. Next of kin will continue the membership after applicant death.
8. At the time of membership start, applicant is free from underlying
medical condition.
9. Applicant is British citizen and London resident.
10. Passport copies of applicant and next of kin to be submited along
with application.

• As next of kin, I will continue membership with above terms and conditions, and I acknowledge that MBM works as committee system and not a lottery system.

• I authorise the Charity namely “Minhaj Ul Quran International” to hold personal data supplied on this form and any other information/legal documents shared by me or a third party such as, but not limited, to a coroner, doctor, hospital for the purpose of their records and in order to direct the membership in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 2018.
